I got my copy from <a href="http://othermusic.com/" target="_blank">Other Music</a> in NYC. I've seen it listed at both <a href="http://dustygroove.com/" target="_blank">Dusty Groove</a> and <a href="http://www.turntablelab.com/" target="_blank">Turntable Lab</a>. It looks like they still have it in stock here at <a href="http://www.shangri.com/StoreInfo.html" target="_blank">Shangri-La Records</a>, but I've never dealt with them before, so use at your own risk...
